Job summary

Priority Tax Relief is seeking a detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support onboarding, compliance, and HR operations. This role ensures new hires have a seamless introduction, while maintaining accurate personnel records and handling change workflows with precision.

You will serve as a key resource for the HR team, contributing to audits, policy adherence, and daily HR administration. Ideal candidates have 1–4 years in HR or related roles, with strong knowledge of HRIS/ATS systems and employment

Qualifications

• 1–4 years in HR, onboarding, compliance, or HR admin support
• Foundational understanding of employment laws and HR best practices
• Experience with HRIS/ATS systems (Paycor, BambooHR, Paycom or similar)
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication with a customer-service mindset
• Ability to handle confidential HR information with discretion

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding lifecycle from offer to orientation
• Maintain confidential employee records and compliance-related files
• Support HRIS data entry and employee record updates
• Prepare change letters, ECRs, and separation documentation
• Assist with HR policies, payroll coordination, benefits, and PTO inquiries
• Support event planning and performance review cycles
