Qualifications

• 1-3 years Human Resources or Shared Services experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service and employee engaging skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting support and data-entry within HR Shared Services.
• Maintain integrity of associate files and HRIS records.
• Assist with coordinating hiring events and responses to inquiries.
• Enter new hire and termination information accurately.
• Run HRIS reports and assist with onboarding and orientation.
