Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation seeks an enthusiastic Coordinator to join our Human Resources team. You will be collaborating closely with Global Human Resources leaders and supporting the Access, Visibility, and Experience function, building connections across the organization with colleagues, customers, and guests.

As HR Coordinator, you will manage calendars, support HR programs and CRG initiatives, handle budgeting and expenses, and maintain HR data and systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional work experience, including 1 year in HR.
• Associates degree or higher in HR, business, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Calendar management for HR Leadership; arrange virtual/in-person meetings and CRG sessions.
• Coordinate HR programs and Colleague Resource Groups with global partners.
• Handle expense reporting, invoices, and budget-related tasks.
• Maintain HR data and systems; support HyattConnect and ServiceNow requests.
• Review workflows; identify inefficiencies and implement improvements.
• Support cross-functional projects tied to HR priorities and global programs.
