Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a highly engaged Human Resources Coordinator to support the OKANA Resort & Indoor Water Park team in Oklahoma City. You will assist with recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, training, and compliance tracking.

This role focuses on delivering timely HR support to hotel staff, collaborating with team members, and handling confidential information with discretion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or HR preferred.
• Experience in HR role strongly desired.
• Proficiency with computers including Microsoft programs.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely customer service to hotel/resort employees.
• Assist with recruitment and onboarding process.
• Assist with employee relations and benefits administration.
• Assist with training and compliance tracking.
• Create and distribute HR communications and maintain records.
• Support onboarding, work experience programs, and pulse surveys.
