Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a Shared Services Coordinator to support day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, payroll, benefits, and HRIS-related tasks. The role involves responding to policy inquiries, assisting with employee relations, and maintaining payroll records in a fast-paced environment.

Key duties include processing garnishments, coordinating PTO payouts, and assisting with audits to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 2–4 years of experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Experience with HRIS and payroll processing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responds to inquiries regarding policies, payroll, procedures, programs; resolves issues or escalates as needed.
• Assists with employee relations, benefits, training, events, communications and compensation programs.
• Manages the Remedy ticket system.
• Ensures timely and accurate processing and withholding of garnishments.
• Prepares and requests manual checks.
• Maintains and updates payroll records.
• Ensures approvals for payroll processing.
• Coordinates PTO balances, anniversaries and termination payouts.
• Assists with departmental audits to ensure compliance with Federal and State requirements.
• Supports other HR functions and administrative areas (e.g., FMLA).
• Assists with collection of new hire documents and processing of I-9s & E-Verify.
• Conducts new hire orientations (badging).
• Processes new hire data in the HRIS system.
