Job summary

Ultipro is seeking an experienced Human Resources leader to align people strategy with business objectives. You will consult with leadership, guide performance management, and drive workforce planning with the Talent Acquisition team.

Responsibilities include onboarding, employee relations investigations, unemployment claims, and supporting HR strategy and EEO reporting. Strong communication and change-management skills are essential.

Qualifications

Undergraduate degree in HR, business administration or related field or commensurate experience.
PHR or SHRM certification preferred.
Strong consulting and interpersonal skills with client-focused approach.
8–10 years HR experience including employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
Experience leading change, coaching management, and policy development.

Responsibilities

Assist leadership in aligning people and business objectives.
Consult with leadership and staff to implement transitions, exit processes, and HR guidance.
Provide performance coaching, career development, and disciplinary actions as needed.
Manage talent acquisition, recruitment, and workforce planning with the TA team.
Interpret employment law and ensure regulatory compliance with internal/external counsel.
Conduct new employee orientation and onboarding; support a positive experience.
Handle unemployment claims and attend hearings as appropriate.
Assist with HR strategy, goals, and EEO-1 reporting.
Support diversity and equal opportunity initiatives and action planning.
