Job summary

Informa, a global events, digital and data-driven services company, is seeking a HR Shared Services Specialist based in Shawnee, KS. You will deliver HR operational support to US colleagues, handling queries and maintaining data in SAP/Oracle and other HR/payroll systems.

You will collaborate with HRSSO, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management and IT to streamline processes and ensure accurate data. The role offers exposure to onboarding, I-9 processing and timekeeping support across a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of HR operations experience preferred.
• Basic payroll and benefits administration knowledge.
• Familiarity with HR policies and data management in HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide first point of contact for colleagues and HRBPs, delivering excellent service.
• Process changes in HR systems (personal data, job info, reporting changes).
• Support onboarding, leave management, and SAP/Oracle data entry.
• Manage colleague lifecycle from onboarding to departure, including timekeeping inquiries.
• Assist with timecard corrections and time-off policies.
• Facilitate onboarding and complete I-9 processes.
