Job summary

CME Group in Chicago seeks an HR Operations Manager to lead US HR Operations, ensuring data integrity in Workday and delivering high-quality employee experience. You will guide a team, own the AskHR service delivery, and drive strategic improvements with analytics and AI-enabled automation.

You will partner with HR Technology to optimize systems and manage audits, while aligning with regulatory requirements and global HR capabilities.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in HR operations.
At least 2 years in a management or supervisory role overseeing teams and complex data management.
Deep expertise in Workday and HR data governance across processes and downstream integrations.
Experience leveraging AI tools to automate and streamline HR processes.
Proven change leadership during system integrations and operational improvements.
Bachelor's degree preferred in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day activities and professional development of the US HR Operations team.
Serve as primary Workday SME governing end-to-end HCM processes, supervisory structures, and data validation rules.
Oversee the AskHR service delivery model with analytics and CSAT metrics for improvements.
Maintain strong responsiveness, efficiency, and timely SLA delivery for employees.
Guarantee execution and compliance of HR data impacting Payroll and downstream systems.
Drive compliance and audit initiatives with regulators and auditors.
Partner with HR Technology to optimize Workday enhancements and testing.
Spearhead change management during system/process transitions.
Collaborate with HR Operations Leadership to communicate feedback and track escalations.
Design and oversee Workday reporting for HR obligations.
