Job summary

Lincoln International in Chicago is seeking a Senior HRIS Manager with deep Workday expertise to lead and optimize our HR systems globally. Reporting to the Director of Talent, you will shape the technology roadmap and drive data integrity across regions.

You will collaborate with Talent, Benefits, Payroll and Finance to streamline processes, enable self-service, and deliver insights through advanced HR analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HRIS, HRM, IT, CS or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 6+ years of progressive HRIS experience focusing on strategy, implementation and administration.
• Proven success leading Workday configuration in a global environment.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Excellent collaboration, communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience supporting compensation programs in HR tech platforms is desirable.
• High discretion and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute global HRIS strategy aligning with business priorities.
• Advise HR and business leaders on technology, process design and data governance.
• Lead automation and innovation in HR tech and service delivery.
• Oversee daily HRIS operations, security and data governance.
• Plan, prioritize and execute HRIS projects, releases and integrations.
• Mentor the HRIS team and drive accountability.
• Collaborate with Benefits, Payroll, Talent and other functions to optimize processes.
• Build HR reporting and analytics for workforce planning.
