Sidley Austin LLP is seeking an HR Operations Senior Analyst in Chicago, IL, to lead Workday HCM functionality, data management, and HR process design across the colleague lifecycle.

You will own end-to-end HR operations processes, administer Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management, conduct data audits, and drive governance, documentation, and continuous improvement with cross-functional partners including Payroll and IAM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong data entry and data quality discipline.
• Extensive Workday experience and HR systems knowledge.
• Experience leading or peer-reviewing Workday data processes.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the firm.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Workday HCM SME for HR Ops processes.
• Administer Time Tracking and Absence Management.
• Conduct regular Workday data audits.
• Own internal compliance audit program participation.
• Prepare and input HR data for lifecycle events.
• Manage Workday Help cases and SLA compliance.
• Run HR reports and support KPI/scorecard development.
• Train team members on process updates and updates to SOPs/QRGs.
