Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in HR or related, 10+ years in HR operations with supervisory experience, and strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills to partner with senior leadership on strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• 10+ years in HR operations, with at least 2 in a lead role.
• Experience in developing and implementing HR policies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR processes and technologies to optimize employee experience.
• Review budgets, implement policies, maintain HR systems and records.
