Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc is seeking an HR Operations Senior Specialist to own scalable programs such as onboarding, leave management, internal mobility, and compliance governance. This role requires strong program management, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration with HR Ops teams to deliver consistent experiences across the organization.

You will lead development of training for HR policies and manage vendor contracts and data governance.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of HR operations experience with program ownership or project management responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Own and continually improve HR programs including new hire experience, leave management, internal mobility, offboarding, and field employee support.
• Support L&D program enhancements and ROOT program facilitation and training design.
• Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes and benefits programs.
• Lead and mentor junior HR Ops roles to support continuous improvement and development.
• Create and improve core training for HR Ops policies, procedures, systems/tools.
• Maintain and improve HR governance standards and compliance calendars.
• Develop and maintain HR data governance and reporting frameworks.
• Produce headcount reporting and regulatory filings support.
