Job summary

Rosendin is hiring a Senior Project Manager in Sterling, VA, to lead multiple projects from inception to completion. You will oversee a team of project managers and assist with business development, ensuring safety, schedule, and budget adherence while maintaining strong client relations.

The role requires a deep understanding of electrical construction, excellent leadership, and the ability to drive project success through proactive planning, communication, and collaboration across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience managing electrical construction projects.
• Project accountability and initiative for all aspects of the project and its success.
• Ability to creatively solve problems and deliver for customer and company.

Responsibilities

• Establish project objectives, policies, and performance standards aligned with corporate guidelines.
• Supervise staff and two or more Project Managers in daily tasks.
• Train and mentor Project Managers in company philosophy and systems.
• Negotiate and supervise the preparation of change orders.
• Maintain logs to track project progress.
• Coordinate with prime client and A/E to facilitate construction activities.
• Monitor site activities to ensure schedule and budgets are met.
• Represent company in meetings with client and subcontractors.
• Prepare monthly costing reports.
• Manage the financials of contracts including progress billing and expenses.
