Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. seeks a Human Resources Partner to serve as the field HR partner for a defined client group. You will own employee relations, investigations, performance management, and manager coaching across the client group, coordinating with HR operations and centers of excellence.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations (FMLA, ADA, NLRA, leave of absence)
• Ability to assess risk and exercise sound judgment in complex situations
• Foundational understanding of compensation practices and applying established programs

Responsibilities

• Lead workplace investigations from intake through resolution, with HRBPs and Legal as needed
• Handle employee relations, grievances, harassment claims, and policy violations
• Advise on accommodations (ADA, religious, pregnancy) with Legal and Benefits
• Manage annual performance review cycle and calibration to ensure defensible ratings
• Coach managers through difficult people decisions and provide guidance on development plans
• Partner with Total Rewards for compensation cycle and merit decisions
• Support quarterly headcount planning and talent reviews
• Translate HR programs into local execution and ensure accurate lifecycle changes
