Job summary

EY is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support the Human Resources Talent Enablement Center (TEC). This role handles complex HR transactions under supervision, provides coaching to less experienced teammates, and helps ensure accuracy and timely processing across EY’s US offices.

Ideally you have a high school diploma, 1–3 years of related experience, strong communication skills, and a proactive mindset to resolve issues and support business partners with HR processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Approximately 1-3 years related experience preferred.
• Ability to research, analyze, interpret, and document transactions and issues with minimal supervision.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Anticipate clients’ needs and resolve issues to support HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Respond to internal and external customer needs by analyzing activity and taking appropriate actions.
• Use judgement to apply guidelines and prioritize assignments; escalate issues when needed.
• Identify and propose solutions on transaction issues to leadership.
• Prepare, contribute and may run reporting as directed.
