Primary Care Solutions in Dallas is seeking an experienced HR Operations professional to oversee daily HR services, benefits support, records management, and HR technology platforms. The role focuses on ensuring compliant, efficient HR processes across a multi-site organization.

The candidate will lead onboarding, offboarding, reporting, and employee relations while collaborating with leadership to drive improvements in engagement and workforce analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field is required.
• 3-5 years HR experience minimum.
• Lead/coordinator/manager experience preferred.
• Healthcare/government contracting or multi-site experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Supervise daily HR employee support services and HR administrative activities.
• Serve as primary point of contact for employee questions on benefits, leave programs, and HR processes.
• Ensure HR processes are applied consistently across the organization.
• Assist with process improvements to enhance HR operations.
• Provide guidance and support to HR team members as assigned.
• Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and offboarding activities.
• Maintain employee records in line with regulations and confidentiality.
• Administer HR platforms and ensure data integrity across systems.
• Provide user training on HR technology and suggest enhancements.
• Compile workforce metrics and assist with reporting and analytics.
• Respond to benefits inquiries and manage enrollments.
• Draft and maintain HR policies and employee resources.
• Support employee relations, investigations, and performance management.
• Develop and distribute HR communications; maintain SharePoint content.
• Coordinate training programs and track participation.
• Keep abreast of employment laws and compliance requirements.
