Job summary

Take Command Health seeks a People Operations Manager to drive employee relations, HR compliance, and scalable People programs. You will advise managers, oversee investigations, maintain policies, ensure audits and recordkeeping, and partner on compensation, workforce planning, and onboarding.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of progressive People Operations experience with depth in employee relations and HR compliance.
• Experience leading employee relations matters including investigations and corrective action.
• Knowledge of multi-state employment requirements (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, Title VII).
• Experience building HR infrastructure: handbooks, policies, audits, recordkeeping.

Responsibilities

• Serve as talent advisor to managers on performance management and employee relations.
• Lead workplace investigations from intake through resolution with documentation and recommendations.
• Maintain employee handbook, policies, and compliance infrastructure; monitor employment requirements.
• Coordinate HR audits and compliance training; support managers on responsibilities.
• Track HR metrics and contribute to workforce planning and compensation practices.
