You will guide HR Generalists and Coordinators, modernize background processing, and implement policy governance to keep certifications, licensing, and service records compliant with state regulations.

Qualifications

• Policy governance and records management experience across multiple states.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance in education and HR practices.
• Leadership of HR operation teams (Generalists and Coordinators).

Responsibilities

• Oversee onboarding lifecycle and high-volume HR operations.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state requirements.
• Lead background processing and CHRI clearance, including DFPS considerations.
• Develop and maintain SOPs reflecting labor laws across TX, OH, AR, and other states.
• Manage a digital Service Records system and year-of-service documentation.
