Job summary

Adamas Energy in Dallas, Texas, is seeking an HR Operations Manager to oversee daily HR operations, with a focus on HRIS administration (Workday and ADP) and benefits administration to ensure accurate data, compliant processes, and a high-quality employee experience.

You will partner with Payroll and the broader HR team to maintain data integrity, run end-to-end lifecycle transactions, manage vendor relationships, and develop HR dashboards with key workforce metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR operations experience.
• Hands-on responsibility for HRIS administration and benefits administration.
• Strong process, analytical, and change-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR operations owner for Workday and ADP, ensuring data integrity and effective system use
• Administer core employee lifecycle transactions in alignment with policy, approvals, and audit requirements
• Own end-to-end benefits administration: eligibility, enrollments/life events, carrier files, and billing reconciliation
• Manage benefits vendors and broker partnerships; support renewals and plan changes
• Partner with Payroll on accurate deductions and timely resolution of pay-impacting data issues
• Design and maintain HR dashboards and reports on key workforce metrics
