Responsive Education Solutions in Lewisville, TX seeks an HR Generalist to serve as the primary liaison for HR Operations & Compliance across our multi-state network (Texas, Arkansas, Ohio). You will translate complex HR data into actionable improvements, ensure policy alignment, and maintain data integrity across staffing, onboarding, and contractor processes.

Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
5+ years of progressive HR Operations experience.
Multi-state compliance knowledge (TX, AR, OH).
Strong HRIS and data analysis skills; proficient with spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

Lead HR Operations & Compliance initiatives and provide strategic insights to leadership.
Oversee onboarding, lifecycle changes, and daily staff changes with data accuracy.
Ensure annual updates to handbooks and compliance with state requirements across regions.
Translate operational metrics into clear, actionable insights for division leadership.
Coordinate reporting and communicate with campus leaders and HR coordinators.
