Cognitioworld is seeking a student for an entry-level HR Operations support role in Reston, VA. You will assist with testing HR system enhancements, document results, and help validate HR chatbot content and responses.

The role emphasizes collaboration with HR professionals, process improvement, and creating dashboards and reports using Excel. This is a part-time, on-site position suitable for a college student looking to gain HR operations experience.

Mansioni

• Assist with testing HR system enhancements, workflow changes, and configuration updates.
• Document testing results, track issues, and maintain project and enhancement trackers.
• Support HR chatbot initiatives by reviewing content, validating responses, testing user scenarios, and identifying knowledge gaps.
• Analyze chatbot usage trends and prepare dashboard summaries and presentation materials.
• Create and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and trackers using Microsoft Excel and related tools.
• Assist with process improvement projects to increase efficiency and improve the employee experience.
• Participate in special projects involving HR technology, automation, reporting, and employee experience improvements.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR Operations team as assigned.
