Consigli Construction seeks an HR Operations Intern to support onboarding, orientation, and daily employee services in a hands-on, in-person environment. The role contributes to workforce integration and company culture while gaining exposure to HR processes and internal communications.

You will assist in record maintenance, benefits assistance, and recruitment coordination, while collaborating with a cross-functional HR team and ensuring compliance and accuracy in HR data.

Qualifikationen

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Familiar with HRIS or ATS platforms.
• Knowledge of basic HR functions, compliance requirements, and employment regulations.
• Detail-oriented in reviewing applications, onboarding materials, and HR data.
• Strong organizational skills for managing records, schedules, and documentation accurately.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate on planning and executing local employee engagement initiatives and events.
• Serve as a first point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, and resources.
• Assist the HR team with daily operations, administrative tasks, and internal communications.
• Maintain and update employee records in HR information systems (HRIS) to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate recruitment logistics, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.
• Help prepare documentation and materials for HR audits and compliance reviews.
• Support the administration of employee benefits and wellness programs.
• Contribute to the creation and distribution of internal HR communications and newsletters.
• Participate in special HR projects aimed at improving processes or enhancing employee experience.
