Consigli Construction is seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern to support our Human Resources team. This paid internship provides hands-on experience in job posting, applicant screening, interview coordination, and stakeholder communication within a fast-paced construction environment.

The role is full-time, in person, and designed for students pursuing a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• Interest in talent acquisition and construction industry.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiar with ATS or willing to learn.
• Strong analytical skills to support recruitment metrics.

Responsibilities

• Act as a primary point of contact for Owners, OPMs, and Design Team members.
• Support full-cycle recruitment: drafting, posting, maintaining requisitions.
• Review and screen applicants to identify qualified candidates.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and internal hiring teams.
• Assist with onboarding and orientation processes to ensure a smooth new hire experience.
• Maintain and update data within the ATS to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate on drafting and refining job descriptions and employment postings.
• Track and monitor employee career development activities with supervisors.
• Prepare recruitment metrics and reports to support process improvements.
• Participate in employer branding efforts and campus recruiting or career events when applicable.
• Provide administrative and logistical support to the HR team as needed.
