Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking an HR Operations Analyst to drive operational excellence across HR Shared Services. You will own end-to-end process design, governance, and knowledge content, partnering with HR COEs and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable improvements.

Ideal candidates bring 4–7 years in HR operations, proficiency in Workday and ServiceNow, and a proven track record in process transformation and data-driven decision making. Hybrid work options and global collaboration are supported.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years in HR operations or transformation roles.
• Experience leading process improvement initiatives.
• Familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end process, system, and knowledge design within HRSD.
• Lead operational excellence initiatives from discovery through implementation.
• Analyze ticket data, SLA performance, CSAT trends to drive improvements.
• Develop and maintain KBAs, SOPs, and content governance for HR services.
