Job summary

CrowdStrike Holdings, Inc. is seeking an experienced HR Operations Analyst to drive operational excellence within our HR Shared Services organization. You will optimize processes, enhance systems, and improve service delivery across global time zones, with a focus on Workday and ServiceNow expertise.

The role requires strong analytical skills, governance, and the ability to scale HR programs, with a flexible, mission-driven environment and opportunities for impact across the organization.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years in HR operations or transformation roles.
• Experience leading process improvement initiatives.
• Familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proven track record of enterprise-level process transformation and governance.
• Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end operational excellence initiatives from discovery through implementation.
• Drive measurable outcomes via process, service, and operational improvements.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and cross-functional collaboration.
• Use data, insights, and feedback to inform decisions.
• Own SLA analysis and improvement for HR service delivery.
• Develop and maintain knowledge content and SOPs for programs.
• Coordinate with HRIT and Product for rollout readiness.
