You will oversee recruiting, onboarding, employee development, performance management, policies, and operational processes while partnering with senior leadership to drive accountability.

As a strategic partner, you will establish departmental KPIs, implement SOPs, manage onboarding programs, and support executive leadership with reporting, vendor coordination, and culture

Qualifications

• 3+ years in HR or people operations.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Experience interviewing and hiring employees.
