CrowdStrike, Inc. is seeking an HR Operations Analyst to drive operational excellence across global HR Shared Services.

You will optimize processes, enhance systems like Workday and ServiceNow, and improve service delivery in a fast-paced environment across multiple time zones. Ideal candidates bring strong analytical capability, the ability to simplify complex processes, and a track record of enabling scalable HR programs with governance and documentation.

Qualifications

• Leads process improvement and governance in HR Shared Services.
• Translates policy/process needs into actionable requirements and documentation.
• Experience with Workday and ServiceNow in a global HR environment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end process, system, and knowledge design.
• Lead operational excellence initiatives from discovery through implementation.
• Analyze SLA performance, ticket data, and CSAT to drive improvements.
• Develop KBAs, SOPs, and knowledge content for programs and launches.
• Manage requirements gathering, testing strategy, and UAT for changes.
• Coordinate with HR COEs, Legal, and program owners for content accuracy.
