The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in HR or a related field, with 3+ years of experience and management background preferred. Responsibilities include advising on HR policies, facilitating employee relations, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective operational support.

Formación

• 3+ years of HR experience across multiple areas preferred.
• Knowledge of labor laws, EEOC and related regulations required.
• Management experience highly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Consult on HR policies and employee relations.
• Execute logistical and operational activities.
• Regular travel between New Brunswick and Somerset Campuses required.
