A human resources consulting firm is seeking an HR professional to manage various HR functions including payroll, benefits administration, and employee relations. Responsibilities include conducting orientations, managing time and attendance records, and addressing employee issues. Responsibilities
Conducts orientation, benefits enrollment and email/computer setup for new employees.
Prepares warning notice, employee separation notice and related documentation, and conducts exit interview.
Maintenance of time and attendance records and coordinate with department managers.
Process payroll after time and attendance records is completed.
Administers employee health and welfare plans including enrollments, changes and terminations.
Reconciles benefits statements.
Addresses employment relations issues.
Responds to employee requests and questions.
Contracts with outside suppliers to provide employee services.
Performs payroll/benefit-related reconciliations to General Ledger.
Assists labor budget management.
Keeps records of benefits plans participation.
Maintains company organizational charts and headcount.
Maintains liability and workers’ compensation insurance.
Supports preparation of presentation materials for meetings.
Assists with expatriates’ USA visa and income tax return preparation.
Maintains duties related to expatriates’ general affairs.
Supports fiscal year-end review.
Supports new office/branch opening preparation.
Supports safety protocols and manages WC claims.
Stays informed on COVID guidelines.
