Job summary

Compunnel Inc. seeks an HRIS Data Analyst to manage employee data across HRIS and LMS platforms. You will ensure accuracy during transfers, promotions, and title updates, while aligning headcount with budgets.

Your role includes auditing data integrity, collaborating with stakeholders, and supporting system testing and documentation to enable compliant HR processes across the organization.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in HRIS data management or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is required.

Responsibilities

• Process and maintain employee data changes in HRIS and LMS systems, including job transfers, promotions, reorganizations, compensation adjustments, and title updates.
• Monitor data integrity through audits and analysis, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into system configurations and improvements.
• Partner with Finance on position creation, maintenance, and headcount alignment within the HRIS.
• Support HRIS updates and testing, providing recommendations and validating changes.
• Maintain system documentation, SOPs, templates, and job aids for data processing and training.
• Assist in ensuring records stay accurate, current, and compliant with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Support job architecture governance, including job codes, profiles, and business titles.
• Contribute to data collection and analysis for HR audits and investigations.
• Coordinate with Compensation, HR Business Partners, and Talent Development on data changes.
