Job summary

Lanco is seeking an HRIS Analyst to act as a technical SME for our HR technology stack, ensuring data accuracy, system security, and performance across HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent Acquisition. You will work closely with HR and IT partners to optimize configurations, run integrations, and support system updates.

The role emphasizes administration, reporting, and data management, with opportunities to advance automation and participate in UAT and system upgrades.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of HRIS experience, including system administration, configuration, and support.
• Experience with UKG Pro, Workday, Oracle, SAP, or similar HRIS platforms.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, including payroll, benefits, employee lifecycle, and compliance requirements.
• Experience configuring HR technology solutions, including workflows, business rules, security roles, forms, notifications, and approval processes.
• Experience supporting system implementations, upgrades, releases, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Experience with system integrations, data interfaces, and file transfers.
• Advanced Excel and reporting/analytics skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and support HRIS modules, workflows, and security roles.
• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate vendor support as needed.
• Maintain accurate employee data and ensure system integrity across platforms.
• Maintain system documentation, configurations, and process records.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for HRIS-related questions and support.
• Support change management and system updates across the organization.
• Perform system testing and validation activities.
• Develop and maintain HR reports and dashboards.
• Support regulatory, audit, and compliance reporting requirements.
• Assist with data analysis to support HR and business decision-making.
• Identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, and process improvement.
• Support system upgrades, enhancements, and new module implementations.
• Participate in system releases and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Document workflows, system changes, and business processes.
• Monitor and support HR system integrations (Payroll, Benefits, LMS, Recruiting, Time & Attendance)
• Ensure data consistency across connected HR systems
• Conduct audits to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Provide training and support to HR and business users
• Develop user guides, job aids, and system documentation
• Troubleshoot user issues and provide timely resolution
• Support HR Data Management Coordinator as needed for business continuity
