Job summary

United Community Center is seeking an HR Systems & Staff Development Specialist to ensure accurate HR data in Paycom, streamlined processes, and staff learning across the organization.

In collaboration with the HR Director and program leaders, you will audit employee records, process personnel actions, coordinate trainings, and generate reports to help leadership track progress and identify improvement opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least three years of relevant HR experience, including HR systems and employee records.
• Paycom experience preferred and working with HR data governance.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish, spoken and written.
• Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate employee information in Paycom and audit records for accuracy.
• Process personnel actions, promotions, transfers, and other updates with proper approvals.
• Coordinate staff development, trainings, and facilitate instruction on HR systems.
• Prepare HR reports and summarize trends for leadership review.
• Support HR processes, SOPs, and document management; protect confidentiality.
