Job summary

Municipal Credit Union is seeking an HR Operations Coordinator to support the HRIS team with daily updates, data management, and reporting. You will maintain employee records, ensure compliance, and drive process improvements to enhance service delivery and the employee experience.

You'll handle audits, analytics on headcount and turnover, and assist with HRIS implementations, integrations, and training. Join a team committed to accuracy, integrity, and exceptional member service.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in HRIS and/or HR operations.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now and Excel required.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HRIS team with routine system updates and data maintenance.
• Audit data accuracy across HR systems and implement approved corrections.
• Support HRIS implementations, upgrades, and training activities as directed.
• Update HRIS procedures and related documentation per approved changes.
• Generate recurring and ad hoc workforce analytics and reports.
• Assist with audits and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Respond to routine HRIS inquiries from employees with established procedures.
• Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned.
