HeartShare is seeking a detail-oriented HRIS & Payroll Data Administrator to safeguard data integrity across HRIS and payroll operations. This role collaborates with HR, Payroll, Finance, and operations to optimize processes and ensure regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate has 5 years of HRIS/payroll experience, strong Paycom knowledge, and a proven ability to drive system improvements through data-driven insights.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field and 5 years' HRIS/payroll experience.
• Strong knowledge of HRIS, payroll processes, and compliance.
• Experience with HRIS implementations, optimizations, and integrations.
• Proficiency with HRIS/payroll platforms (Paycom strongly preferred).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee HRIS entries and payroll data to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and company policies.
• Advise employees on payroll matters and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain data integrity and security within the HRIS system; manage outsourced payments.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and operations to support system improvements.
• Create documentation and training materials for HRIS/payroll processes.
