Job summary

TSMC is seeking a contract-based Workforce Analytics Specialist for a 12-month engagement in Phoenix, AZ. The role centers on maintaining accurate people data, tracking overseas assignments, and supporting change approvals while ensuring records reflect current conditions.

You will coordinate with managers and site HRBPs, prepare and issue employment verification letters, load bereavement data, and help manage approvals.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in HR, Admin, or related field
• 0–3 years of progressive experience in workforce analytics or program management
• Demonstrated capability in workforce reporting, data analysis, and program/project tracking
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications
• Strong cross-functional coordination and communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin

Responsibilities

• Carefully maintain and update people-related data to reflect current progress, ensuring all personnel records consistently match actual conditions.
• Manage end-to-end tracking of employee extensions and repatriation processes, promptly notifying all stakeholders of changes in personnel status.
• Proactively communicate with managers and employees to remind managers and HRBPs of pending approvals and provide updates on status.
• Serve as the primary contact for employees undergoing extensions or repatriation; coordinate with site HRBPs/People Partners to initiate sign-off workflows.
• Coordinate administrative logistics for employee communication meetings, including scheduling, venue booking, equipment checks, and attendance tracking on-site.
• Initiate and track organizational and personnel change approval flows, following up with managers and stakeholders to ensure timely sign-offs.
• Load bereavement data into the system.
• Prepare, verify, and issue Employment Verification letters upon request.
