• Associate degree; degree in Human Resources, Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 0-3 years of progressive experience in workforce analytics or program management.
• Demonstrated capability in workforce reporting, data analysis, and program/project tracking.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong cross-functional coordination and communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update workforce data across personnel records.
• Track overseas assignments, extensions, and repatriation processes.
• Coordinate sign-off workflows with site HRBPs/People Partners.
• Schedule and conduct employee communication sessions and meetings.
• Load bereavement data and prepare Employment Verification letters
