Job summary

TSMC is seeking a Project Specialist, HRIS (Contractor) to support planning, coordination, and on-time execution of HRIS projects at our Phoenix, AZ facility. You will maintain project timelines, communicate status, and collaborate with HR, IT, and vendor teams to gather inputs and drive deliverables to go-live.

You will coordinate meetings, prepare documentation, support UAT and rollout activities, and escalate risks when necessary, while upholding confidentiality and accuracy in all records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of project coordination or HR operations experience
• Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders to move work forward
• Experience preparing clear status updates and project docs

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain HRIS project timelines and schedules.
• Proactively communicate status, deadlines, risks, and changes to all stakeholders.
• Engage HR, IT, and vendors to gather requirements and inputs on time.
• Track tasks and deliverables from initiation to completion.
• Escalate risks or blockers to keep initiatives on schedule.
• Prepare and maintain project docs, notes, and action-item logs.
• Coordinate meetings, agendas, decisions, and owners for follow-ups.
• Support intake and prioritization of HRIS project requests.
• Support UAT and rollout activities, tracking results and go-live readiness.
• Monitor progress and flag variances with recommended adjustments.
• Maintain organized project records with confidentiality standards.
• Handle day-to-day questions and escalate when needed.
