HRIS Specialist, this entry‑level role builds timelines, tracks milestones, and communicates status across HR, IT, and vendor teams. Based at the Phoenix facility, you will help with system implementations, upgrades, UAT, and rollout activities, working in a fast‑paced semiconductor environment and ensuring confidentiality and data

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related field.
• 2+ years in project coordination or HR operations.
• Ability to build and maintain schedules and track tasks.
• Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience preparing status updates and project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage HRIS project timelines and milestones.
• Provide clear status updates to teams and stakeholders.
• Gather requirements from HR, IT, and vendors.
• Track tasks and surface delays before timelines are affected.
• Support UAT and go-live activities.
• Maintain project documentation and records.
