Job summary

TSMC in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an analytics-driven HR Business Partner to translate production demands into workforce plans and data-informed decisions. You will operate at the intersection of Business Acumen, Data Analytics, and Project Management to align site initiatives with Global HR and delivery roadmaps.

This role partners with site and enterprise leadership to forecast headcount, assess risks, and deliver actionable insights that improve capacity, productivity, and workforce readiness

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
• 0–3 years of progressive experience across workforce analytics, HR operations, program management, or employee relations.
• Demonstrated capability in workforce reporting, data analysis, and program/project tracking.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and HR systems.
• Strong cross-functional coordination and communication skills.
• Attention to detail with commitment to data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Build workforce forecasts and dashboards aligned to fab ramp and production demand.
• Partner with site leadership to translate business needs into workforce plans.
• Develop and maintain data quality controls for HR datasets.
• Provide decision-ready insights to HR leadership and operations.
• Support governance and PMO processes for HR initiatives across the site.
