Job summary

TSMC Arizona is seeking a Project Specialist, HRIS (Contractor) to plan, coordinate, and drive HRIS initiatives across HR, IT, and vendor teams. This entry‑level role focuses on timelines, dependencies, and on‑time deliverables in a fast‑paced semiconductor environment.

You will maintain schedules, capture status updates, facilitate meetings, support UAT and rollout activities, and escalate risks as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 2+ years in project coordination or HR operations support.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and documenting progress.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and communicate HRIS project timelines and milestones.
• Prepare status updates, meeting notes, and action-item logs.
• Coordinate with HR, IT, and vendors to gather requirements and inputs.
• Support UAT and rollout activities for HRIS projects.
• Escalate risks and blockers to keep projects on schedule.
