EY is seeking an Operations Coordinator for its HR Talent Enablement Center (TEC). The role handles complex HR transactions, provides coaching to less experienced team members, and supports reporting with limited supervision.

You will collaborate with EY Recruiting and Talent teams, ensuring accurate processing, reconciliation, and timely resolution of issues while maintaining service quality and production standards.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Approximately 1–3 years related experience preferred.
• Ability to research, analyze, interpret, and document transactions with minimal supervision, following standard TEC procedures.
• Understands the expectations of customers and delivers service that exceeds customer’s needs within department guidelines.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Anticipate clients’ needs, identify and resolve issues that impact service delivery.

Aufgaben

• Process and review more complex HR transactions with limited supervision.
• Perform detailed reconciliation and balancing of HR transactions.
• Escalate questions and discrepancies.
• Proactively contact EY Recruiting or Talent Team to resolve processing issues.
• Prepare, contribute and may run reporting as directed.
• Meet production volume and quality standards as outlined by management.
• Assist with special projects as requested.
