Job summary

EY is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support HR transactional work within the Talent Enablement Center. The role involves handling complex HR transactions, using established policies, and coaching junior colleagues with limited supervision.

You will interact with EY Recruiting and Talent teams, escalate issues, and contribute to reporting while maintaining production and quality standards. A high school diploma and 1–3 years HR experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
• 1-3 years related HR experience preferred.
• Ability to analyze, interpret, and document HR transactions with minimal supervision.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Anticipate client needs and deliver quality service.

Responsibilities

• Respond to internal and external customer needs; reach resolution for inquiries, including non-routine ones.
• Apply guidelines and judgement; prioritize assignments and propose solutions to leadership.
• Perform and review complex HR transactions and reconciliations; escalate discrepancies as needed.
• Coordinate with EY Recruiting or Talent Team to address processing issues.
• Contribute to reporting and meet production and quality standards.
