Zusammenfassung

Wilsonart is seeking a detail-oriented On-site HR Coordinator to keep our U.S. HR operations running smoothly at our Temple, Texas campus.

You’ll support payroll inputs, onboarding logistics, timekeeping, and employee records to ensure accurate and timely pay and data integrity. You’ll partner with the US HR team on benefits, leaves, compliance, and temp workforce coordination, while fostering a responsive service culture for employees.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of HR, payroll, or administrative experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers.
• Ability to manage multiple recurring deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Discretion handling confidential information.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience with Workday or HRIS (preferred).
• Experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred).
• Knowledge of FMLA, unemployment, and background/MVR processes (preferred).

Aufgaben

• Process weekly payroll inputs by Friday noon, including reimbursements, bonuses, and deductions.
• Support weekly timekeeping and review direct deposit changes.
• Coordinate new hire orientation logistics and onboarding documents.
• Maintain/clear employee files and administer online verifications.
• Enter leaves of absence and notify related parties; manage unemployment verifications.
• Coordinate temporary workforce onboarding and vendor invoicing.
• Code vendor invoices and manage HR supplies and gift cards.
• Assist HR communications and coordination of engagement events.
