Conectiv Supply Chain Solutions, Inc. in Memphis, TN is seeking an organized Human Resources Coordinator to support onboarding, compliance, payroll and employee life cycle activities across our site network.

You will collaborate with HR teams to maintain employee files, assist with recruitment, and ensure adherence to federal and state laws while delivering excellent service to employees and leaders.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1–2 years of HR experience in recruitment, benefits, payroll, or compliance.
• Proven ability to interpret policies and regulations and present alternatives clearly.
• Strong confidentiality and customer service orientation required.

Aufgaben

• Support onboarding and orientation activities and prepare new hire paperwork.
• Assist with offboarding, exit processes, and file maintenance.
• Support payroll/timekeeping and wage/hour compliance tracking.
• Maintain employee files and ensure regulatory compliance across site(s).
• Assist with recruitment processes including offer letters and screenings.
• Coordinate with HR systems, ATS, and benefits administration.
