• Experience with Workday, UKG Pro, PeopleSoft, or similar HRIS systems preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• HRIS/Systems Administration, data accuracy, onboarding and reporting support.
• Compliance, I-9 tracking, E-Verify, and audit readiness activities.
• Onboarding coordination, DocuSign workflows, and new hire data entry.
• Employee engagement activities, town halls, events, and communications.
• Offboarding coordination and employee inquiries handling.
• Systems & administrative support, SOPs, and process improvements.
