Job summary

Marvin is seeking an HR Coordinator to provide reliable service delivery for employees, leaders, and the HR team. You will handle onboarding/offboarding, HRIS data changes, documentation, and routine HR requests with confidentiality and professionalism.

You will serve as a front-line resource, partner with People Operations, and help maintain accurate records while ensuring efficient HR processes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience providing administrative, coordination, customer service, HR, or employee-facing support.
• Strong attention to detail with accurate documentation and data handling.
• Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a first point of contact for routine HR questions and requests.
• Support onboarding and offboarding coordination and logistics.
• Maintain HRIS entries, employee records, and data changes.
• Provide on-the-floor HR support and escalate complex issues when needed.
• Coordinate processes with People Operations, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent Acquisition.
