Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join our team in Minnesota. You will support onboarding, employee engagement, HR administration, and compliance, helping create a positive employee experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

You'll work with the HR team on day-to-day operations, manage records, support payroll and benefits, and contribute to programs and events that reinforce Marvin's culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Prior administrative, customer service, or HR experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with discretion handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate new hire onboarding and create a positive first-day experience.
• Maintain and update employee records with confidentiality.
• Support payroll, benefits administration, and employee inquiries.
• Assist with HR reports, programs, and company events.
