Job summary

EY is seeking an Operation Coordinator in the United States to process and review HR transactions within the Talent Enablement Center (TEC) with limited supervision. The role includes coaching less experienced team members and ensuring accuracy and timely delivery in HR-related tasks.

Ideal candidates will have 1–3 years of related HR experience, strong analytical skills, and a proactive approach to resolving issues, while adhering to established TEC policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Approximately 1-3 years related HR experience preferred.
• Ability to research, analyze, interpret, and document transactions with minimal supervision.
• Understands customer expectations and delivers service that exceeds needs.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Anticipate client needs and resolve issues impacting service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Respond to internal and external customer needs and inquiries by analyzing activity and taking necessary actions.
• Apply proven judgment in following concepts and guidelines; prioritize assignments and propose solutions.
• Process and review complex HR transactions with limited supervision.
• Escalate questions and discrepancies to leadership as appropriate.
• Prepare, contribute and may run reporting as directed.
• Meet production volume and quality standards set by management.
• Assist with special projects as requested.
