Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in HR operations, HRIS, or analytics.
• Experience working with an HRIS and maintaining employee data.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate HR actions (new hires, promotions, terminations) with accurate data.
• Maintain confidential employee records and HR documentation.
• Support HR initiatives, audits, surveys, compliance activities, and special projects.
• Submit and track HR-related IT requests via Jira.
• Partner with HR and cross-functional teams to improve processes and employee experience.
• Assist with HRIS data audits and system transactions.
