Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR operations, HRIS, or reporting/analytics.
• Experience working with HRIS and maintaining employee data.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR/Analytics/IS.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate HR data and systems with a focus on reporting and analytics.
• Maintain data integrity and HR documentation.
• Support on HR compliance, audits, and reporting requirements (EEO-1, OSHA).
• Process HR change transactions and manage onboarding/offboarding workflows in HRIS.
• Partner with HR team and IT for AI-enabled HR workflows and process improvements.
• Help with HR reporting, dashboards, and workforce metrics for leadership.
